5. Fees and Compensation

NuevoDrive may receive compensation from partner dealers and lenders when successful loan connections are made. This compensation does not affect the terms offered to you. Optional concierge services may involve separate fees, which will be clearly disclosed before any services are rendered.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of NuevoDrive services at any time. Upon termination, we will cease processing your application but cannot recall information already shared with partner institutions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and the United States as applicable to cross-border financial services. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
